This policy explains what personal data we collect through catagens.com, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have. It applies to visitors to this website. It does not apply to data we process under a separate written agreement with a client, which is governed by that agreement.

You choose what to send us. Please do not upload documents containing sensitive personal data, financial account details or third-party personal data unless it is necessary and you are entitled to share it.

6. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share personal data only where it is necessary, and only with:

• A client or counterparty, only where you have asked us to make an introduction, and only to the extent needed to make it

We do not disclose the identity of any client, supplier or counterparty to a third party except with that party's written permission.
7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We are based in India and our systems are operated from India. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, your personal data will be transferred outside your jurisdiction when you contact us. India has not been the subject of an adequacy decision by the European Commission or the UK Government. Where we transfer personal data from the UK or EEA, we rely on the appropriate safeguards permitted under Article 46 of the GDPR, or on your explicit consent to the transfer under Article 49(1)(a) where no other basis applies. 9. HOW WE PROTECT IT
This website is served over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry data is limited to those who need it. Files are stored in access-controlled cloud storage. We keep our software current and review access periodically.
